Remigius Mmegha is a strategic real estate and facilities management leader with extensive experience overseeing large-scale, multi-site property portfolios. He is recognized for driving asset optimization, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable portfolio performance, while aligning facilities operations with corporate and investment objectives.
With over 14 years of progressive leadership experience across real estate, financial services, pharmaceuticals, construction, and manufacturing sectors, Remigius brings deep expertise in asset and portfolio strategy, facilities operations, capital project delivery, HSE governance, ESG implementation, and financial optimization. His career reflects nationwide leadership responsibility, board-level engagement, and a consistent track record of strengthening asset value, operational resilience, and business continuity across complex environments in Nigeria.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with reputable organizations including ONL Group, Custodian Investment Plc, Afriland Properties Plc, May & Baker Plc, and Gheysen Real Limited. In these positions, he provided strategic oversight for nationwide facilities and corporate services portfolios, led transformation initiatives, managed vendor and lease ecosystems, and ensured optimal asset performance through strong governance and compliance frameworks.
As Head of Facilities Management at ONL, Remigius provides strategic leadership to ensure that real estate and facilities assets directly support organizational goals, operational excellence, risk management, and long-term sustainability, while aligning facilities strategy with business growth, investment performance, and ESG commitments.
He holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. He is a COREN-certified engineer, an ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Certified Internal Auditor, and holds professional credentials including IFMA Facilities Operations & Maintenance certification, the NEBOSH International General Certificate, HSE Levels 1–3, Fire Risk Assessment certification (DPR), and First Aid & CPR certification.

Danjuma Umar is a construction and project management professional committed to disciplined delivery, innovation, and strategic alignment across complex developments. His expertise spans construction execution, project governance, quality assurance, and strategic oversight, with experience supporting multimillion-dollar commercial projects and the delivery of world-class retail spaces.
In his role at ONL, Danjuma ensures that projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with the firm’s long-term strategic vision.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and has further strengthened his expertise through advanced professional certifications. These include Construction Project Management from the Chartered Institute of Building, PRINCE2 Project Management, Project Planning and Control from the London Management Centre, and Product Management from the London Premier Centre. He also completed specialized training in Project Control at the University of Aberdeen.
With a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and leadership development, Danjuma combines technical project expertise with a forward-looking approach to organizational growth and sustainable development. He is an active member of the Scientific and Technical Research Association, BIM Africa, and the American Concrete Institute, reflecting his commitment to industry advancement and best practices.

With over a decade of experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple industries, his expertise spans agile methodologies, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and process improvement. He provides organizational-level leadership, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
As Head of Project Management at ONL, Chimele leads a high-performing team responsible for executing key strategic initiatives that support business growth. He previously held impactful roles at Alstom Transport and Dobi Agrico, where he spearheaded projects that improved efficiency and strengthened operational outcomes.
Chimele holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.

Head, Design & Conceptualization
Tamunobelema William is a multidisciplinary architect driven by solution-led, culturally responsive, and future-focused design that delivers meaningful and inclusive built environments.
With over seven years of experience across architecture, interior architecture, and construction management, his portfolio spans residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and recreational developments. His work is grounded in sustainability, cultural conservation, functionality, and a strong human-centered design approach.
Tamunobelema has led multidisciplinary teams across workplace, retail, and hospitality projects, providing design leadership from concept through delivery. His expertise includes design strategy, creative direction, quality control, and cross-disciplinary coordination, translating project visions into innovative, buildable, and context-sensitive outcomes that support organizational goals and strengthen brand positioning.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Covenant University, a Master’s in Construction Management from Coventry University, and a Master’s in Interior Architecture from Griffith College. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), a Professional Member of IDAN and GBCN, and is UKHSE 123 certified.

Finance Coordinator
Tobiloba Ogunnubi is a finance professional recognized for supporting organizational performance through disciplined financial planning, compliance, and strategic coordination.
With over five years of experience, he has developed expertise in budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, audit, payroll, and broader financial services. He previously held senior roles at Poters World Consult and Philip Akindele & Co., where he contributed to audit assurance and financial reporting excellence.
Tobiloba is committed to integrity, accountability, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. Through his work, he supports effective cash flow management and sound financial oversight that enable operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University of Nigeria. He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Legal Officer
Falodun Oladele is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 19 years of experience providing strategic counsel on governance, transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
He is known for delivering clarity in complexity through the development of robust legal instruments, policies, and agreements that anticipate risk, minimize disputes, and support sustainable business operations. His leadership approach is grounded in integrity and a deep appreciation of law as a tool for structuring sound commercial relationships.
Oladele has held key roles including Head of Corporate Law and Head of Legal Drafting across various firms before transitioning into private practice, where he contributed to establishing governance structures for several corporate bodies.
